The clinic also provides quick responses in urgent situations, such as when a patient needed to see someone immediately for eye irritation. The doctors, including Dr. Terry Hall and Dr. Young, are thorough and caring, ensuring that eye health is carefully checked and treated. The staff explains procedures well, from adjusting eyewear to addressing eye irritation, and patients leave feeling confident in their care. Overall, the experience at the Center for Sight is warm, welcoming, and focused on the health of the eyes.
Friendly greetings from the time I walked into the door, all through my exam and consultation, smiles and pleasantry continued all the way to checkout.
The only issue is the wait time: I was seen 45 minutes AFTER my set appointment.
All check-in and check-out processes were conducted efficiently; the exam process was thorough and professional. Dr. Richardson was friendly as was the entire staff. The optical department staff was helpful even though my insurance does not cover this portion of the practice. There was an extensive selection of frames. I highly recommend this practice!
Excellent! I was very pleased with the staff and the professionalism of my scanner operator and the meeting I had after to go over my upcoming surgery. They really put my mind at ease.
