I interviewed Rob Brennan of Brennan Custom Homes after a neighbor's recommendation. They had extensive work done on their waterfront home and were very happy with the process and the result. I wanted to enclose a patio space and make the addition look like a part of the house and not an add-on. Tying into my existing roofline was tricky and more complicated because I wanted the room to have a tray ceiling. We had a great experience working with Rob on the project we were not expecting but needed to be done as soon as possible due to the flooding inside house. They were professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The work was completed on time and within budget, and the quality is excellent.
