Would like to give a big thanks to Spencer and the young man that came with him( unable to catch his name) for their service one week ago. Our grinder pump went out last Thursday morning and we called Bayfront for help since they are the ones that installed it 4 years ago. We were told that they were swamped and couldn’t get to us for a few days but I told them there is no way we could go without water/plumbing for a few days so we would just call someone else. About 30 minutes later while I was on the phone with another plumbing company, they called back to say they had finished another job early and could send one of their plumbers over much to our delight. Spencer and his assistant were very efficient and knowledgeable but most of all...very polite and got us back up and running by the end of the day. It was a large unexpected expense but Spencer was a pleasure to work with.
If you have a plumbing problem and want quality service, Bayfront Plumbing, Inc. is the company to contact. The employees are prompt, courteous, and professional. My water heater broke late one Friday afternoon. I called Bayfront Plumbing. They had someone at my house to begin working on the problem within the hour so that I did not have to spend the weekend without hot water or pay extra to have someone fix it over the weekend. Thanks to Spencer Edwards I have a working hot water heater once again. I will be recommending Bayfront Plumbing, Inc. to all of my neighbors and work colleagues whenever they experience a plumbing problem.
