As soon and the ENT told me what the scans and biopsy alluded to, the Ascension Sacred Heart Cancer Center has been amazing. I have never seen so many helpful and friendly people in one building before. Dr. Brown and Dr. Lowrey and all the people in between make this highly stressful and uncomfortable situation bearable. We have a real gem here at the Ascension Sacred Heart Cancer Center. One day I believe I'll be able to ring that bell too.
Dr.Alsayah and staff do everything possible to make you feel comfortable and positive. All of the treatment centers and offices are very clean and pleasant colors to help with your nerves. No one is ever short or acts like you’re not important. Unfortunately I have two daughters and myself who have needed their facility and I think God for all the dedicated people that work there to help us feel more comfortable.
Beautiful facility but I felt like I was just a number. Dr Wright refused to speak with my surgeon. I asked several times and the surgeon's office asked 4 times for notes. Finally Jessica, breast navigator, sent them for me. The APRN and the doctor were not on the same page. Two different stories. I tried to contact the Director of operations to discuss issues I was having but never received a call back. I left,but I guess they have enough patients that they don't care.
