I'd like to share my Experience with American Shed & Yard buildings. I researched for several weeks and looked at Tuff Sheds and Heartland etc. and was being quoted upwards of 8000$ for a 10x14 with tall 8 Ft walls. A friend recommended I call Bob Sanborn and I am so glad that I did. Bob was great and his knowledge and recommendations were impressive. His wife Karen was also very helpful. Their pricing was half of everyone else and the wall materials were superior HardiBoard and not the cheap pressboard used by competitors. I purchased my second shed today because my first American Shed lasted 25 years. Bob Sanborn is wonderful-he explained everything and made some really good suggestions that I hadn't thought of. I could not have asked for a nicer or more personable person. And his wife,Karen, is just as nice! I even met Dana who will be building the shed-also wonderful! Today was a Grade A experience and I look forward to my new shed!

The quality is excellent, with some nice extras - like a frosted sky light and excellent anchors. The work crew was polite and did an excellent job throughout the build process. They did a thorough job cleaning up the work site. If I ever need a new out building - this will be the first businesses that I call.
