The only complaint is the lady who took me back to do my skin analysis, she kept calling me by the wrong name, had both ear buds in which i find unprofessional especially in a setting like that and she gave me my skin report and didn’t tell me what anything meant.“

I called to see if they had any immediate availability. Whitney was super patient on the phone, trying to find a time to accommodate me. Unfortunately, there wasn’t a time to fit my needs, but she was kind enough to put me on a cancellation list. Within an hour, Whitney called to offer a cancellation time. Again, I was unable to accept. I was later able to move my schedule around, called Whitney back, and she was so incredibly patient, kind, and helpful. We were able to successfully set an appointment! While I was super embarrassed and felt guilty about all of the back and forth, Whitney never made me feel like I was a bother.
