Great first experience here with my nails perfectly done with Mya and my eyebrows beautifully done by Kiki. Everyone was sooo nice including Carmen, India and even another client, Tammy, who was waiting after me was sooo nice! I'm definitely coming back

This way my first time coming to VN4 nail shop and I enjoyed my experience. Mya did a wonderful job on my nails and pedicure and I absolutely love it! Definitely will come back again!

I'm very disappointed. I use to come here often for pedicures. I was able to walk in without issue. I attempted to walk in without an appointment three times since March and every time I was turned away. Each of those times the salon was empty and the manager rudely turned me away. Finally I called and made an appointment. When I came in for my appointment I was told I didn't have an appointment. The manager was argumentative with me and told me I didn't make the appointment. She then told me when I told her that I spoke to a man that I "spoke to the wrong person." I guess I'm suppose to know who is allowed to take appointments and who isn't.... read full review
