Santiago is an honest professional. Initially hired him to pressure clean entire house exterior, roof, sidewalk, driveway and to apply seal to driveway pavers. He pointed out need for pavers to be reset in certain areas and he made the needed corrections. He also fixed cracks on roof tiles — damaged by previous roof cleaners when they used heavy equipment to clean the roof tiles. Santiago documented all work needed with photos and took photos of the completed repairs. Santiago is first rate. Excellent workmanship and fair pricing:
