You get what you pay for. Almost 2 weeks with no ac. They send technicians that don't know what they are doing, finaly this week they send someone, but he took the blower and promised me that he will be back next day. Waited all day for him and no show. Called the office and they tell me that it was scheduled for next day. No courtesy call to let us know. Today is the next day, they called the wife to let her know that the technician was on his way that he will be there in an hour. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Total Appliance & AC Repairs Inc while living in Century Village condo. It has been 17 days since they started handling my AC issue and replaced the unit to a new Ac unit, and my unit is still not repaired after newly installed now saying they need to order a part. Living without a functioning air conditioner for this long in this humid heat has been incredibly frustrating, especially with the lack of urgency from the company. My elder mother who has Asthma and a dialysis patient also live here but they don’t care about the sick.

Went in there by mistake. Lord these were the rudest people on earth. Had to google what they actually did. If that’s how they treat people they certainly wouldn’t get my business. My advice find someone else.
