First time client. Beautiful salon and decor! My nail tech was Liliana. She is so serious but I don’t like to talk so I didn’t mind. 😁 She did a great job with my gel mani and pedi, so fast too! I will return for sure!

This is my second time going to this nail salon( with two different ladies) and while my first experience was fine, this one was not great at all. I was assigned to Yuri this time. It’s a very beautiful salon, however, my experience was subpar. I think she only applied one coat of a very opaque color which was not what i wanted. It’s the same color i chose the first time so I knew what it looked like on and this time it barely even looks like there was any color at all. She also nipped my cuticles to the point of bleeding?

Be Aware: The Nail Garden Pines Refused to Honor a Valid Gift Certificate
My daughter received a $60 gift certificate to The Nail Garden Pines in November 2024. When we attempted to use it yesterday, the receptionist told us it had “expired after five months.”
After reviewing Florida law, I found that gift certificates for spa services—even from small businesses—cannot legally expire unless they meet specific exceptions (such as being issued for a charitable promotion or as an employee incentive with proper disclosure). Details here: Florida Statute 501.95
Being denied the use of a valid gift certificate was not just frustrating—it was unlawful. If you're considering purchasing or gifting services from this business, be aware of their practices.
To the owner: I urge you to review your policies and ensure they align with Florida consumer protection laws. Customers deserve fair and legal treatment.

Today I have a gel mani and pedi done and I had the worst experience possible. Let’s start off with the fact that the nail tech was super rough with my hands and cut me on almost every other finger. Then she asked me to wait after I had an appointment so that she could have lunch and I waited for her about 15 minutes. On top of everything she left my feet soaking in ice cold water and when I asked her if she could make it hot she said the sink bowls don’t do that. So what exactly am I paying for? Then she made my big toe on my right side bleed and caused me to come home with an ingrown nail. Also, she didn’t como my finger nails completely and left the sides missing paint. I am sorry but I will never be back here. They really need to teach their nail technicians how to handle someone with care. The whole point of getting your nails done is for self care and to relax this was very FAR FROM IT.

This is one of the cleanest nail salons I have ever been to. Appointments are always on time and there are a wide variety of colors and designs available. Helen is an incredible nail technician! She is extremely sweet and pays attention to detail with each service. Her designs are very consistent and always look clean and polished. Would definitely recommend this salon!

This salon is amazing go now if you want to take your nails to next level. I love coming here. The appointments are super easy to make I usually do them online. They have flexible schedule, and their work and techniques are magnificent
