I set my appointment a week ago for a bikini sugar wax and I winded up waking up to my period the morning of my appointment. (My period is irregular) I reached out to them regarding rescheduling or canceling my appointment considering I’m not comfortable and I would hate for anyone else to be uncomfortable with me literally on the first day of my cycle on the table. I was told I would not be able to reschedule or cancel and I would still be charged the full amount for the service. Considering that there are individuals with irregular periods, it’s frustrating that I may now have to have someone wax me while I’m uncomfortable and it is unfair that I have to be subjected to this with no exception. They will never see any of my business or money ever again.

Wow you lost a customer before we even got started. Somehow I scheduled an appointment intended for next Saturday that ended up getting scheduled for today without my realization. You charged me for a no show yet I called and asked for understanding where I was told that the manager needed to be co silted and never got a phone call back. Have you ever heard of a person possibly making a mistake? No pattern of this? Just simply disgusting. What a shame! I hope as other potential clients read this review they run from this business- there are plenty of other places to get this service done that won’t be so trigger happy to charge with no compassion!

I ended up booking a last minute appt that came with some minor confusion. When I tell you, the amount of professionalism that came from the manager and how she was able to accommodate my last minute adjustments in services,I knew I was in the right place. I was actually impressed with the sugar wax and how it wasn’t as painful of a service as I thought it might have been. 10/10 would recommend and I will definitely be coming back.

It was first time getting sugaring service in a while, so I was a bit nervous. But my experience at the Sugaring NYC Pembroke was exceptional. The office manager at this location, Marisol was pleasant and understanding of my needs and took care of me with booking my same day sugaring appointment. My sugarista, Gigi was awesome! She was patient with me during my service and was super friendly and gave me helpful tips moving forward with my sugaring journey. Honestly, this was one of the best experience I had and I will give it a 10/10 recommendation to anyone looking to get this service done :)

What an amazing experience. The staff was amazing and so friendly. Not to mention the place was clean and beautiful. Also got to talk to the owner, and she was fantastic. Overall 10/10 experience.

I just called today to book a last minute appointment and I truly loved the experience. The location was nice, sweet and clean. The sugaring service was fast and painless. (who doesnt want a wax job to take a long time ?!) I will definitely be returning.

It was my first time visiting the site and it was very clean and organized. I did a last minute appointment and they accepted it. They were very fast to take me back in and got to work immediately. I believe my waxer's name was Gigi, she was very kind and explained the whole process of sugar waxing and its benefits. I would 100% recommend coming here if you need a quick and ingredient friendly wax!

I loved it!!! Trinity was my sugarista and she was so sweet and very understanding and comforting since this was my first time ever waxing. I’ll definitely be back and I’ll definitely keep booking with her!

Great place. Front desk and estheticians are very nice. And they are skilled enough that the appointments don’t hurt too much. Only downside is that appointments are a bit pricey. But if it’s in your budget, definitely recommend!
