Janine is an excellent hearing consultant, a top professional who is knowledgeable, experienced, and has a wonderful, pleasant demeanor. She advises patients on exactly what they need and is the first and only stop for hearing needs. The allergy department has been great too. The entire staff, including Paloma, Jessika, Julie, Bella, Ashley, and Yadira, go above and beyond to make patients feel comfortable and taken care of. They are friendly, patient, and always willing to answer questions. The office is organized, efficient, and welcoming, which makes appointments stress-free. A surgery with Dr. Torre went extremely well. Overall, it is a great experience with a team that works well together and treats patients with genuine care.
