I have been here twice, with last time, because of a type of care needed for a Brown Recluse Spider bite. (Venom more potent than a rattle snake & No anti-Venom is known) The lobby was nearly empty each time & the front desk receptionist friendly, as they check on your health insurance co-pay ($5) while I filled out the iPad check in. The staff took my vitals, & checked over the bite, and gave a injectable antibiotics. The Doctor conveniently sent my prescription of pills & cream antibiotics ointment next door to later open but slow Walgreens. I was in & out of the urgent care in 30 min. & feeling better. Highly recommend over a emergency hospital visit.
I came in on a Sunday at 6:30PM and was out by 7:05PM. I went to the Walgreens next door and got my prescription. Great staff, really listen and take the time to explain things well. The provider told be he was there until Wednesday and to come back if I'm not feeling well by then. I really appreciate him wanting to get to the root of the problem and making sure I knew to come back. This is truly one of the best urgent care's I've ever been to!
