Excellent experience from the start - some projects are still on-going. Great customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how Chris treats us like family - always responsive, honest, and genuinely caring about the work and our satisfaction. Highly recommend!
Professional, thorough, good communication, efficient, and trustworthy. They have painted my whole house (inside and outside), repaired leaks in my windows and roof, installed an entire staircase, installed flooring, finished the window frames on my impact windows, and pressure washed and sealed my roof and brick pavers. They mitigated mold as well. Outstanding work. They are the only choice for me whenever I need something done on my house. Their work is very dependable.
I was amazed at the service from Reel Restoration when I had a leak. They were available to assist and dry out my garage. They also brought a mold detector and once they took down the dry wall there was mold for sure. I also had them go all around my home with the mold detector and they found one more spot where my hose leaked into the wall also. I was glad my insurance covered the repairs. Great job with the repairs too!
