A person answered the phone sounds like a gay male. He/she was very rude and hung up the phone on me. They are selling Groupons for PRP that their doctor has stopped doing. And when I pointed out that it should be taken off then. The thing just hung up on me smh. Rude. I see why this place has such a low rating. Please change your staff.

Highly unprofessional and uncomfortable environment. If you're a young woman I strongly advise you go somewhere else.. Todd is like a character from a Louis CK show, it's actually wild. From the moment we met he was crass and demeaning. I genuinely thought the persona was a joke until I stepped into his smoke stained pub of an office where I sat beside heaps of clutter while he told me he was doing me a favor by only charging me $100.... I have insurance... ?? Todd is single. He's on JDate. The only 2 quality women he's ever dated have been Jews. Why do I know this??? Literally why? Why did he tell me this? Do not book there!!!!This is the worse massage experience I ever had.First they redeemed my Groupon without giving me the service. When I called they said I had an appointment schedule, I said I know I called(on Wednesday to verify Saturday appointment) was told they were going to call me back never did. I was rescheduled 20 days later, get to the address (called Elite medical chiropractor) to be told my appointment moved an hour due to overbooking. I get to office ignored by staff to then be given wrong paper work, wasted 20mins. Receptionist says come to the back stands there listening to doctor yell about being scheduled on a Saturday and massage therapist not wanting...read full review
