Convenient if you need a quick massage. My husband had been complaining that his neck/shoulder was tight. We had some time so he opted for a 10 min body massage. He said that they did a great job and found the area that needed more attention than the others and focused on that area. The guy that did the massage told my husband that he needed an hour because his shoulder was that tight.Even with the 10 min massage, my husband felt so much better!
