On Monday, Nov 20, 2017 I took my husband's hearing aid to this company. The Audiologist told me it was dead and had to be sent out for repair. I called my husband and had him on the line while she told me (us) it would cost $384.00 to repair. My husband approved the amount and asked me to tell her to send overnight. She said it would be an additional cost of $69.99. And said it should be back by Wednesday this week (day before Thanksgiving) or worst case will be back on Friday (day after Thanksgiving). I also had to pay the repair and shipping UPFRONT. AND I DID. Both ladies in the office neglected to tell me they would be CLOSED the rest of the week! So today,... read full review

Unbelievable..the front desk women threw my relative out of the office ..we had to call two cops, to get her hearing aid back from the women at the front desk ..what a disaster..never ever coming back here
