At long last, I've found a nail tech with skill and communication skills. Van is phenomenal! She doesn't always like the color polish I choose, but whatever. She gives verbal guidance and consults with me when I want something specific. Van cares about the health of my nails (WOW!).
I've had nail techs who drilled through my nails so hard, I could see through them. Not cool.
I've had nail techs with amazing technical skills but stank of cigarettes or didn't say a word to me or didn't even make eye contact. I even had one who ran off with my flip flops while I nodded off in the pedicure chair. Like, why???
The staff here are amazing ! They greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and even offered me water. I was super early for my appointment however Ken assisted me right away. I was interested in trying Gel-x nails but was not familiar with the process. Ken took the time to explain everything ! He was very gentle and my nails came out beautifully. I will definitely go back especially because of the excellent customer service that I received! Thanks Ken!!!

I have been going to this spa for 13 years and love that the customer service has always been amazing. Janice is an amazing nail tech and always listens to my needs! She is definitely the reason I keep going back!
