The staff was cordial. The office remains clean and professional. Dr J. Was nice. He explained options for treatment and understood my underlying concerns. I feel confident with Dr. J and this office and have been a patient for many years since Dr. Shapiro. Thanks I also enjoyed the trivia while waiting for Dr. J. Great way to be entertained while in the exam room. SN: my experience. They are quick to reschedule for one or another. That can be frustrating. And make sure you do your due diligence and verify your insurance coverage for procedures.
