Carlos was responsive to come over and investigate the problem on my AC. He went through the problem codes shown on the module board. He verified each of the potential problems shown on the list. He did some research to conclude that the problem was the module itself which was not listed. We got that replaced and my old system came back to life for very minimal cost.
