I was very satisfied with the AC maintenance visit today. AlCapone (yes, that's his name) was great. He was on time, efficient, and friendly. I've used Must Air in the past and their level of service has always been very high and professional.

We have used Must Air to service our A/C every 6-8 months for years now. They are always professional and competent. Special shout out to Al Capone (yes, his real name) who was the technician that came to my house yesterday. He was kind, professional, and efficient. He is a real asset to Must Air!

First off, Must Air is definitely a highly recommended company through south Fl. When I read the mixed reviews, I was skeptical but they blew my expectations tremendously. Kenya is the very first person I spoke to, and from the first conversation she gave me reassurance, and more information than any other company has given when I was calling around, she is very soft spoken but I can tell she cares about the customers concerns and experience. I spoke to Maya the day of my service and her timing was impeccable. Billing was inexpensive, and quick to collect but that was expected because you get what you pay for.
