In less than 2 weeks of closing on our home, we were sent a notice from the HOA that we were violating the HOA rules with our dirty driveway. (As a side note, we now know to request that as a part of closing with seller.) I must admit, it looked as though it had not been cleaned for a few years. I called Parrish Cleaning and Pressure Washing, and Rob made a special effort to come out in 2 days so we would be in compliance and not be fined. I was AMAZED at the difference his machine, that remind's me of a buffer, did on that driveway. Not only did he make the drive and stoop look brand new, he went out of his way and cleaned our front door and garage door, even though that was never mention in pricing. We also had the eaves under our gutters cleaned as they were so green, they looked like moss was growing on them. Now, they look like they could last another 30 years. I am so impressed with how hard Ron worked in the boiling heat, how he pays such attention to every small detail, and how he went above and beyond what we agreed to, that we are going to have him paint the interior of our house with some fresh, new color. Can't wait! What a great company; honest, fair and very pleasant to deal with.
