Check-in is okay. There’s no “hi, welcome in, how may I help you” or anything like that. Everything about my whole experience there was sub par. Now, checkout. The blonde is the absolute worst. She honestly shouldn’t be working with patients. Her behavior is unacceptable and I really don’t want to go back because of her. I went to checkout and said doc said see ya next year so I said that. She just scheduled me without saying a word. No what day and time works best for you or would you like to schedule an appointment for next year or wait. Just scheduled me. I will not be going to that appointment date.
We have found our place!!! It’s about time! So hard to find a primary but from the moment we walked in there we knew it was our new home! From the front desk to the Dr .. Dr Elizabeth was our person! Super personable, efficient, and able to fit our needs! Found our new primary and it feels great! Highly recommend!!!

Credit where credit is due — the whole team runs well together. It’s...read full review
