From meeting our sales person Valen, working with Susan to select our designs and Ben, our project manager, the service was excellent. We were kept up-to-date and informed through out the whole process. Our home is beautiful and everything we have hoped for. We are now starting our next chapter in life and couldn't be happier.

We just closed on our new home in Del Webb BayView and are now starting to enjoy the community - the people and amenities have been wonderful thus far. A shout out to my new neighbors on Sunray Cove! The building process with Pulte was great starting with working with Trenton Miller (Sales), then Susan Wright (Design), and then Sam Noll (Construction). Pulte Mortgage and PGP Title were also great to work with.Communication was frequent and proactive, the process was smooth, and the home was delivered on time with a high level of quality. This was our 4th new home build and this was the smoothest. We highly recommend Pulte Homes and Del Webb BayView.

Being a Realtor, my boyfriend had me come to the Sarasota and Tampa area and search out different communities that I thought we would like. When I came to Bayview hands-down, it was everything we were looking for, and the other ones did not come close. The building process took a little bit longer about a year but we were not in a hurry. after we moved in, we had a list of things that needed to be repaired as we had an inspector that we hired. Del Webb was excellent at getting everything done on time. I have been pleasantly surprised at their diligence.
