Del Webb BayView is a 55+ active adult resort-style retirement community located in Parrish, Florida. It features a large amenity campus with a full-time lifestyle director. Residents can enjoy a variety of services and facilities at the beautiful amenity center, which offer a vacation resort feel. The community is known for its friendly and professional staff. From contract to close, the process is handled well by experts. Construction managers provide regular updates and maintain open communication with buyers throughout the building process. Some residents have experienced minor issues with the irrigation and landscaping services provided by Sunrise Landscape. These issues have included inconsistent watering schedules and uneven lawn maintenance. However, Sunrise Landscape has responded to resident concerns and made improvements. Overall, Del Webb BayView is a highly-rated community that offers residents a comfortable and enjoyable lifestyle with a quality built home and fantastic neighbors. It is a great community and a wonderful place to retire.
We love our home (great layout and construction, excellent warranty service when--rarely--needed), and we love our community. It's like an oasis. We have more than enough things to keep us busy, but also we can just relax by the pool or enjoy a nice meal at the on-site restaurant. Gym, pickleball, bocce, cards, activities to fit any taste. Our neighbors are pleasant, and there are a lot of groups. We're here for keeps! If it sounds too good to be true, we also we would've also thought so before we moved here.
We bought one of the last remaining available homes and everyone involved made the entire process smooth and easy. All of the finishes were already selected and installed and, even if they are the basic included fixtures & finishes, they are top quality and beautiful. The team that works with you during the final walk-through & closing process are all so professional and knowledgeable, and we love Natalie! We were her last homebuyers before she moved to Utah and we were honored to work with her. Nick Richardson was our first point of contact in the DelWebb office and he was really great and worked with us when we decided to purchase. From contract to close, the process was handled well and by various experts in making our house a beautiful home. Despite 3 hurricanes during our construction, the property passed ALL test (especially Milton). Our construction manager Jakob Rolly was the primary POC and took care of us every step of the way. Del Webb BayView is proving to be a great community and wonderful place to retire. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
