A wonderful experience. I had another AC company tell me my compressor was fried and I should replace the whole system. This was on a preventive maintenance service call. The system had been working fine. I called AC Outfitters on Saturday and they were very responsive with Scott arriving within the hour. He found a fuse that had been turned upside down to prevent power to the condenser unit. In very little time he had the system on and everything tested out fine. Scott, thank you for being honest and saving me thousands on a new system! You have a new customer.
