He is very patient and gentle with her and explains everything to assure you're on the same page. The staff is amazing, they are very loving with Bean and recognize her the moment we walk into the door. Heron Lakes Animal Hospital treats the animals the way they would there own fur baby. The day I found Bean, at only 4 weeks old, they checked her out to make sure she was okay and no injuries and then explained to me how to care for her. I haven't had a kitty before Bean, I'm so thankful they helped me and told me everything I needed to know to start off being Beans mom. Banfield suggested anesthesia/surgery for thousands to remove Penny's TINY growth, where Dr. Silverio addressed it and removed the same day locally. We also had it tested to be sure it wasn't cancer. We called Animal Cancer Care and were able to get into this Deerfield beach location on a cancellation. Scared and saddened, the staff made us feel so much better. They run the clinic on time which is a huge help and with compassion. Dr. Fernandez is nothing short of an outstanding person with just the right demeanor and bedside manner to help. Patiently always answers all our questions and we never feel rushed. Our dog Roxy is now in remission and we feel good about the care she is getting. If you are in the unfortunate situation of having a dog diagnosed with cancer, this is a place with heart and knowledge to help.“
“My former veterinarian permanently closed his practice during Covid, so it's been a challenge to find another practice that suits my needs. I hit the jackpot with Compassionate Care Animal Clinic. I first chose this practice based on location from my home and of course, the reviews. I realize that reviews are not always reliable, however, the reviews for Compassionate Care are thoughtful with good context, and 4.8 across the board which is why I chose to make an appointment.Compassionate Care's service from my inital call to make the appointment to my first visit was excellent. This is a small, very comfortable and inviting practice. The woman at the front desk is very kind and accommodating. The technician, Stefan, was very kind, thorough, and efficient. Dr. Hutson is fantastic. She has a wonderful personality, excellent pet-side manner, and my sweet, three-legged cat, loved her. The doctor was thorough in her examination. Although my visit was a yearly, wellness check and to obtain prescriptions for his food, Dr. Hutson's approach is wellness, not outrageous testing and unneccesary bloodwork and medicine. I appreciated her honest assessment of my cat's needs.Compassionate Care is very reasonable and customary in their fees, which is a huge plus. They are very organized from start to finish. Special note -- I recieved a sweet phone call from the practice the next business day just to see how my cat was doing. How sweet and thoughtful is that!I highly recommend Compassionate Care Animal Clinic.“

“We have been using Total Pet Care for a couple of years now, and the care and professionalism of Dr. Alex and his entire staff are exceptional. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats all of which are all rescue and the care they receive from Total Pet Care is superb! One of our dogs gets nervous when at the clinic, the staff member took out a brand new toy for her to play with to calm her down, you just don't see this at other clinics. When reading the other reviews I see that another patient mentioned in her review about how modest the cost is at Total Pet Care compared to other veterinary clinics and this is so accurate. I would estimate I save at least $100 every visit when I use Total. I can't say enough about the doctors and staff, they take the time to explain everything before during and after. In closing I would highly recommend the doctors and the entire staff of Total Pet Care.“
