Nellie at The Key has been my Mother in law’s case manager for the last 6 months and I give her 10 out of 10. She is always there to answer questions and to help with anything. She and her staff (aides) are professional and extremely caring. I highly recommend the Key and be sure to ask for Nellie.
The presentation was very enlightening and informative. All 35 members of the audience were impressed and interested. We appreciated the presenters and look forward to future presentations.
I was introduced to The Key through their Broward & Miami-Dade County General Manager, Steven Strumpf. Steve helped care for my Mother-in-law when he was the Executive Director at Oakmonte Village of Davie and I could not have higher praise for his customer service, his attention to detail and demand for quality. This is what he expects and produces where ever he goes. This is what gave me confidence in the quality and experience of the caregivers and services of The Key.
