Took a new, very young pet that was having issues from its previous owner. It was a very stressful and upsetting situation. When I got there as they opened, we were told it would take an hour at least due to the vet being in an accident. It was suggested I go to another facility due to my pet's condition. Realizing it was an hour and half drive alone to the next possible emergency vet, I took the gamble and stayed. Brianna could see how upsetting this was and got my place back in line as I decided to stay. Not long after, Morgan came and asked me to sit with her to answer questions. She was absolutely compassionate, caring, and doing everything she could to help with my pet. Brianna tagged in again to help get all information for the vet for when they finally arrived so we could hit the ground running. As soon as possible, my pet was taken back and seen by Dr. Paul who was very direct about the situation and left me feeling content leaving my pet in their care overnight. I received updates, friendly communication, and was informed of the costs (estimates) in a professional manner. Brianna was there again upon dischage which made me feel even better to know that my pet received continuous care from at least one same caring nurse. Morgan and Brianna absolutely made the whole experience comfortable and less stressful. Amazing nurses that I would definitely leave the care of my pet in again. Thank you again so much for care my pet received.

Unexpectedly found out my regular vet no longer offered emergency services. Dr. Paul and all of the staff were amazing. It was holiday weekend and they were very busy along with a couple of obvious emergencies so things expectedly took longer. But they have snacks and drinks available and the staff did their best to keep everyone updated. They took amazing care of my pittie, Maddie, and time to show me all of her tests and results to answer any questions I had. They even went so far as to call me the next morning to make sure she was okay. Highly recommend!

My Beagle mix ate an entire toad...of course, it was after hours. The clinic staff/vet was so kind and knowledgeable. I would use them again without hesitation. So glad this service is available in Panama City.

I normally don’t write reviews but I have to for this one. I brought my kitty in who was super super sick. She had a fever of 106.4 and was quickly deteriorating. Dr.Paul and his staff were the best I have ever experienced. They explained everything that they wanted to do as far as tests and treatment options. She stayed in the ICU for about 3 days in total. As stressed as I was, Dr.Paul and staff communicated with me about EVERYTHING. They would also send me updates on how she was doing throughout the day or night. I was also able to come in and see her throughout the day which was super nice and relived some of my stress. Considering how much tests and medication she needed, her bill was not as high as I expected. Throughout the process they also discussing all pricing with me and explained why they wanted to go that route. Overall, this is one of the best vets in the panhandle. I would recommend them in a heart beat. They treated and cared for my kitty as if she was their own. Thank you for saving my little girl!!!

The care and compassion we experienced at UCV was exceptional. All the staff was kind and considerate and communicative throughout the process. The night we arrived, they were busier than usual, but kept us in the loop about our wait time for a room. The compassion from Dr. Paul will never be forgotten. With kindness and empathy, he lead us to make our own decision and did not make one for us. We were given the grace to spend as much time needed to say goodbye to our beloved 12 yr old Golden. It was the most compassionate care we have ever experienced. Thank you dear staff members for taking such good care of our sweet girl. We will always recommend your services and are deeply appreciative of your kindness during this difficult time. Thank you.

Took my baby here last weekend, first day of our vacation and she had blood in her urine. The staff got us right in, was super attentive and patient. They took time to explain what they were going to do, broke down the charges for us and was honest about how long it would take. My girl was super anxious but they were so good with her! We just finished her meds today and she is back to feeling 100%. Im very thankful for your knowledgeable staff ❤❤

My dog was dying and they told me it was going to be a 2-hour wait. Don't take your dog to this place. They're overpriced and your dog could die while you're waiting. We left and went somewhere else
