I went to Ulta salon because they advertise elite master hair specialists. The stylist I had just finished school with no experience. Had to stop during the cut. The staff was understanding and booked another appointment with an elite stylist. The problem was there wasn't enough left to work with so I ended up with much shorter hair. Very short! ?I feel like Ulta is very misleading about the quality of stylists. Definitely need to make sure you are booking with an elite or master stylist . Bait and switch
