    Rude. Unprofessional

I haven’t even contacted Haney vocational, technical Institute or college.

These styles this generation do not know how to treat people through text, and they can’t relate to my generation.

    Very rude and unprofessional.

This is a “me, me, me generation of texters.

trying to set an appointment, almost impossible. Why do salons even bother they’re having phone numbers I do not know.

Basically, you have to land in voicemail, and you’re not sure if someone is or isn’t getting your messages and you do or do not call back and then you get confused. Do you have or have not called, Maybe maybe not some random person will come along and text you or call you back and then from there on out you get thrown back into text again.

I tried to sort out what’s happening in tag and what’s going to happen to my hair, and/or remembering a conversation that was or was not had I’m getting tired of these little girls chewing me out.

I didn’t have to have my hair colored and styled in my 20s or my 30s. Or even as a teenager or either of my beautiful daughters.

I worked with the public my entire life as a major account manager or a major account executive selling communications.

I think texting should be banned when it comes to our Hair and our personal experiences. I have contacted Haney vocational Institute to even let them know to emphasize the differences even in generations and what we were accustomed to, and how to be treated. It’s just ridiculous.

She spent more time arguing with me and text when I questioned how she set the appointment, which would’ve been fine just to have an explanation-but she had a brat out on me” two other styleists told me not even to schedule you” 🙄 That’s professional! ?

How was it? I worked in the communications industry for 15 years and not one time had a combative interaction with a client? But yet I have a little girl that does hair and other women around town that are arguing with me because they can’t keep up with their tech schedule. Politely with potential clients. It was just my hair that didn’t get done. It’s uncomfortable, but it’s not at the end of the world.

These people lose a lot of money. Because they can’t get past their hubris and their attitude and their gossiping. I can swallow my pride for my paycheck, and I could do my job for my clients for my paycheck. But I was trained and had the skills to be able to handle people and stylist and hair salons these days just don’t seem to have that quality or set of skills.

Friendly and professional service. Excellent cut and color results on my super thick, curly hair.

This was my third time there
First two, it was a good job, now it’s different.
They will need your card (payment) information first before you book, and actually get your hair done wether they ended up doing a good job or not. When I arrived the stylist wasn’t sure about what I was asking for, and started rushing me, kept arguing about the time, and she only had one hour for a haircut, and she will not have time to style it?
I had to leave, how I want someone with that disposition to cut my hair?

    Bad service, not coming back.

Emily is amazing! I walked in with hair that felt long, stringy, and blah — and walked out feeling confident, fresh, and honestly… glamorous. Cutting several inches off was a big step for me, but Emily made the whole process feel easy and reassuring.

My hair looks thicker, feels fuller, and has so much more life now. The transformation speaks for itself. If you’re considering a change but feeling nervous (especially as we get older), Emily is absolutely the person to trust.

I love love love Brianna. ❤️ she's truly one of the best stylists I've had in years. She makes sure she keeps my anxiety down and holds the best conversations. I absolutely adore her. Love the salon and Emily (the owner) is such a gem.

Brianna was absolutely amazing! She was so kind and friendly for my first time at the salon. I felt so welcome. She completely fixed my hair after it had gotten botched. Definitely will be back again!

From the moment I walked in I knew it was going to be a great experience. I had an appointment with Cailyn. She is amazing!! She took the time to discuss what I wanted and she did exactly that. She highlighted and cut my hair. Cailyn is easy to talk to and connect with and I am very happy with the way my hair turned out.

My stylist is Cailyn, I have been a client for the past three years. I have always left her chair feeling confident and beautiful. Cailyn is truly the best stylist I have found in Panama City (trust me I have been everywhere). She knows her craft and can turn your hair into a masterpiece of style and color. She genuinely cares about her clients and always checks with you before doing anything.
The Salon is such a welcoming and comfortable space. The other stylists are amazing too. Having watched them interact with their clients, you can tell the love what they do and always always strive for perfection! So if you want a salon and a stylist that listens to what you want, book an appointment today!!

As we were traveling from Texas, I decided I was over my long hair. I called to make an appointment & got in the same day with Cailyn. I showed her a pic of what I wanted and she made it happen. Thanks so much. Will stop in again if we are ever in the area again. 😊
