I met Adam and Angela at the 2026 BBIA Home Expo and instantly knew they were great people. I recently completed a post-construction clean for them, and they truly made it a breeze from start to finish. Professional, kind, and easy to work with — I look forward to working with them again!
I had my gas fireplace serviced and a faulty control switch repaired. The technician, Anthony, is highly rated by me as one of the best that has been in my home. He knew what he was doing, considerate of my property, and explained the problem before correcting the issue. Very reasonable rates and when I learned they offered a veteran and military discount it was a sweeter deal. Home Improvement Store also employs veterans. I will continue to use HTS for all my plumbing needs.
We had an excellent experience with The Home Improvement Store from start to finish. They came in on an already halfway done job, explained our options, and completed the job quickly with high-quality workmanship. Kayla and Jordan were easy to get ahold of and always immediately handled whatever task we needed. It’s rare to find a company that combines great customer service with true expertise, but they delivered on both. I highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable, fair, and skilled plumbing work. We’ll definitely be using them again in the future!
