We moved here 7 weeks ago and have had many bad experiences with people being inattentive and shoddy work.
If I could give 6 stars to this company I would.
Real person answers phone, owner comes to inspect for quote, willing to move a small amount on price, clean crew came and installed new and hauled off old generator in one day, cleanup when they left and everything was done EXACTLY as quoted and promised.
If you need electrical work done use this quality company!

We lost power to parts of the house for no apparent reason. I cold called Telford based on these reviews. When I spoke to the person, she was helpful, polite, and eager to get someone out to me quickly. She phoned me back within 30 minutes and had a technician come out within 1 hour. He assessed the fault quickly and had the power restored in less than ten minutes. A feeder breaker had tripped due to a critter shorting it out. I want to Thank Chris (technician) and Kathy (Telford company) for their quick action. This is what great service is...and that was it!
