The electricians who came out were professional, knowledgeable, and really nice. Even before they arrived, the customer service was top-notch—the ladies who answer the phone are so polite and pleasant to work with. I also accidentally missed my first scheduled appointment, and they were kind and understanding, calling me back to reschedule with no hassle (even though I was embarrassed!).
