My son birthday is tomorrow. I always get his haircut by this shop which it’s only been a handful of times because he’s 3 he just started getting haircuts. I called at 9 am this morning inquiring about getting my son’s hair cut between 4:30-5 pm wondering did I have to schedule an appointment or not or could I do a walk in later around 4:30 - 5 . The man I spoke to said it was fine that they would be there to cut my son’s hair 🤷🏾♀️ no problem. I pull up at 4:39 they were closed . I call the number I called this morning he said he’d give me a call back to figure out what happened. He never called back instead sent a txt saying he had to go home we open back up at 8am …..???? sounded intentional as if had I not called and asked about a 4:30-5 slot they may not have closed 3 hours earlier than usual. I will not be going here to get my sons hair cut again . I’m a single boy mom it’s already hard enough figuring out how to get his haircut going into a barbershop let alone having to deal with an unreliable business.

My son use to love them on 15st. He finally found them again and tried to go just for a line up and the barber denied him service because he had a medical condition he has Pseudofolliculitis and he said he can’t cut him because of the bumps and no barber never has been that rude to him about them and always cut his hair with no problems or rudeness.

Wonderful barbers with extremely pleasant personas, great atmosphere and calm vibes. They are not talkative and distracted from cutting hair like most shops. They stay focused on getting you straight and timely. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who prefers professionalism at a high level (like me?). You must make weekend appointments.
