Called on Friday 2/9 to make an appointment for Monday 2/9 with Dianna. On Monday I text and said was on my way. Get to the place of business no one was there. Called and texted she didn't answer me, phone was going to voicemail. I then received a text stating her car was in the shop and it was taking longer than expected to get out. So, a waist of my time and lunch hour. So no, the worst customer service I've ever received.
