As a initial review, I just want to say the customer service is outstanding. I placed an order yesterday to pick up. I realized the shop was closed for me to pick it up today as well as tomorrow and I have a hair appointment for Tuesday. I reached out to customer service and they got with me promptly and allowed me to come pick up the hair. I had two different hair textures, and the lady that helped me allowed me to feel both textures, and even allowed me to get the ones that I wanted. The Hair is extremely soft and I will do an update when I have hair installed on Tuesday :)

If I could give 0 stars I would . The hair is awful . This is my second time purchasing because I always want to support black businesses but the hair is awful . I ordered a wig and tape inns . The wig doesn’t melt… the lace is trash . I actually blamed it on my hair stylist until I mentioned it to someone else and they said the exact same thing about the hair .
Next , I bought tape inns two sets . shame on me I shouldn’t have went back , but I did . And now I have an issues with the tape inns and I called to let her know the issues and the owner response was my stylist didn’t know what she was doing when my stylist had been putting them in for years with other vendors and I never had these issues before.
Just bad buisness overall and the hair quality is trash and the lace . Don’t waste your time . This is for people who need something for 2-3 days this is not a long term style solution . I think the only people that buy hair from her is people who looking to put something in their head real quick for the weekend. If you can reframe from going to her and buying anything I would .
