PanCare Health is a primary healthcare provider that offers evening and weekend hours. Patients appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, along with the doctors who listen to their concerns. The clinic accepts walk-ins when possible, but some patients find it overcrowded and face challenges with phone communication. Prescription refills can also be difficult. Recently, there have been mixed experiences reported; while some patients commend the staff for their hard work and thoroughness, others express dissatisfaction with certain interactions. Despite this, the receptionists are noted to be intelligent and quick, with at least one being bilingual. Overall, PanCare Health remains a small but clean clinic where patients should arrive early to avoid long wait times.
My first time there and everyone was very helpful and polite. The place gets very busy but they were sure to address everyone and get us checked in where we needed to be. Moved things along smoothly.
Called pancare Panama city to ask about getting myself tested for mold on 8.9.24. The lady that answered said i have to call the health dept for that. When i tried to confirm that it was a test on myself (blood/ urine), not a building, she kept cutting me off and being very aggressively rushed and discourteous. NeveR had that experience here before. In fact. The opposite. When i asked about seeing the dr for my alarming symptoms, she said i have an apt at the end of November. I have zero confidence in this rep. Feels awful. Will be going elsewhere. But first, the ER.
