PanCare Health is a primary healthcare provider that offers evening and weekend hours. Patients appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, along with the doctors who listen to their concerns. The clinic accepts walk-ins when possible, but some patients find it overcrowded and face challenges with phone communication. Prescription refills can also be difficult. Recently, there have been mixed experiences reported; while some patients commend the staff for their hard work and thoroughness, others express dissatisfaction with certain interactions. Despite this, the receptionists are noted to be intelligent and quick, with at least one being bilingual. Overall, PanCare Health remains a small but clean clinic where patients should arrive early to avoid long wait times.

Keisha was fantastic!!! She was so funny and sweet and made my flu shot almost totally painless 😂 I’ve been coming to PanCare for a while now for therapy and psychiatric care. They provide caring service and I feel heard when I voice my questions or concerns. The lady’s at the front are always patient and kind which I greatly appreciate considering I don’t always feel my best when I’m visiting.
My first time there and everyone was very helpful and polite. The place gets very busy but they were sure to address everyone and get us checked in where we needed to be. Moved things along smoothly.
