Joann did my overlay and shaved my natural nail tip off while filling the underneath. When I asked her if my nail tip was gone she lied and said it was still there. My nail before and after I left on my index on my right hand. This broke my heart and I will NEVER trust her again!

I haven't gotten my nails done here in many years but I do buy my school supplies here (I'm in school for skin and nails) and they have better prices on most than Amazon! Also, get all my eyelashes here! They have some really great ones! Also... They make the best egg rolls /spring rolls around! What more could you need?

My husband and I went on Saturday morning and received excellent service. There weren't a lot of customers yet and we were in the pedicure chairs for at least 45 minutes. I also got a manicure. I would have given 5 stars but my polish wasnt matched properly as I got gel on my fingers and regular polish on my toes. We came from Atlanta and this was my husband's first time getting a pedicure and he loved it as well.
