I’ve gone here twice and the first time I really liked the set, it was short and square with a gold French design. The 2nd time I got another new set but requested a different shape, and got them slightly longer with a different color French design. This time though, my tips had no apex and somewhat pointed upwards and when I mentioned it, Jo told me that my natural nails were to blame for what I ended up with, although that wasn’t the case the first time, I’ve seen nails with good apex’s in the photos that made me go to the shop in the 1st place and have gotten my nails done countless times and haven’t faced this problem since idk when....read full review
LOVE CELESTIAL SALAON JOE IS AMAZING!!!!! SHE SAW WHAT I WANTED AND DONE IT EXACTLY LIKE I WANTED IT WITH NO PROBLEM . NO ONE HAS BEEN ABLE TO MAKE IT EXACTLY THEY WAY I WANT IT UNITL NOW !! JOE DID, SHE IS A VERY IMPRESSIVE ARTIST!!!! I AM NOT GOING TO ANY OTHER SALONS!!!!

Jo is compassionate about her work and take time to get to know her clients. Her prices are the best I have found anywhere in Panama City or Panama City Beach. You will not be disappointed.
