Jimbo and crew got behind on another job earlier in the day causing a late start on our job. They did not quit when it got dark. They turned the pickup headlights on and made sure the job was completed. And they did it with a smile on their faces. Super nice to see that commitment to excellence. Our well now works great, by the way. Thank you Jimbo and crew!
Jimmy came out the day I called, found our problem and came to fix it the next morning (replaced well tank). When another problem (resulting from the first) came up they immediately came back and fixed that one for us (replaced pump switch) and made sure everything was running smoothly and safely. I’ll definitely use them from now on for any of our well needs!
Jimbo came by early for our scheduled appointment. Within 20 minutes my well was pumping water again. The price was reasonable. I will ONLY use Malloys for all my well service needs from now on. Seriously, A++++++++ service from the communication to the quality of their work. Try them first!
