Finished product is beautiful. Time frame to complete scope of work was reasonable. I had a coupon, it was not honored. I was told the coupon was no longer valid even though I had received it via text that very morning. The company boasted about its “Military Discount”, but yet when my estimate was being prepared I was told that it didn’t apply to Military retirees. It was explained to me as “if I gave retirees the discount, everyone in the county would get a discount” (Rude, don’t you agree?) those of us that gave 20+ years of service to our country aren’t worthy I guess, but an 18 year old straight out of boot camp most definitely...read full review
