Melissa provides consistent quality and still manages to keep it fresh. Excellent color with a cut that looks great from day one through to the day before my next appointment. ❤ Melissa keeps my hair looking great and healthy.
I’m from out of state and every time I come down to PCB, I absolutely have to come see Melissa. She fixes whatever mistakes were made on my previous haircuts and does amazing.
I love every haircut that I get from her and sadly I’m down here once or twice a year.
