Chris and Arthur came to my house yesterday to fix an electrical issue. Not only were they extremely efficient but so pleasant and fun. We acted like it was old home week. I called Jerry Pybus for an electrical emergency on my house. Felita answered the phone and was so helpful and sweet, listened to my concerns, and within a few hours had technicians over to my house. The technicians were great and were able to address the problem. Our electrical issue was something that required the county to inspect, so after the techs finished their work, an emergency inspection request was sent out. What impressed me about this company was that they called me to ensure that the request for inspection was sent out and kept me in the loop for things, even when they didn't have to. Jerry Pybus Electric was recommended by Jason Creamer of Creamer Trees. Jason said call Darryl saying they were the best electricians in Bay County! So, I called Darryl and they scheduled me the next day (yesterday)! It took three hours to get to and fix the root of the problem. Something no one else had done before. It centered around my “reset” socket in the garage. But the culprit was the set-up of my koi pond pump socket over 21 years ago! Well, DeWayne and Clint wasted no time in diagnosing each socket one at a time related to the “reset” socket. Three sockets in all.
