Editing this review to say that the owner personally called and apologized, which showed a lot of integrity. I appreciate his ability to apologize and not respond back with self justification or excuses, it really shows a lot about a business. Thank you again, we really appreciate it.
I have never written a bad review for a company before and as a family member of several business owners, I do not do so lightly. We used this company when we built our house six years ago. Several years later we had a clogged drain, and when we called them when we were told that they do not do service calls, only new construction. My apologies for not remembering the young lady’s name at this Business. I was very pleased with our conversation regarding a kitchen faucet replacement.
However I needed it before they had an open appointment. She was kind enough to refer me to another company, and they were able to get the job completed on the date I requested. This is just great customer service. Apparently this great company takes Customers needs seriously. I would definitely recommend their Business. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I am incredibly grateful for this company coming out to help my family. They did a wonderful job installing the toilet. They are extremely professional and thoughtful. I would highly recommend them.
