I brought my car to grease pro to be detailed the 5299 thinking that they would put water on my car to wash it but they did not do that. I posted the receipt but as you can see, there’s no time on there which is very strange, but I did call the lady and let her know that I was going to give a very poor report because I don’t have time to come back and dispute a car wash that wasn’t done correctly. They did not put any water on my car. They sprayed something on it. Shine the tires and call it a day.

The employees working Friday night, where top notch. The younge lady that got me started, helped with the info. Of what they offer. They have a very clean, comfortable and well lit lobby. The two young men who cleaned out my car did a wonderful job. They all were so kind and polite. Thank you to all the staff that worked Friday night!

Generally ok, however, the last wash we had done yesterday looks like the car was not touched. Had just returned from a trip and like to have the vehicle cleaned afterwards, still covered in bugs. Also, water spots and soap run off lines everywhere. My wife didn't look real close before leaving but you absolutely must check or this is the result. As I said, generally good, but this time is very disappointing.

I was charged $150 for a coolant flush , 2 weeks ago and my overflow isn't full to the line??? Tried calling them to discuss the situation and no answer.. No excuse for this to happen, I should be given a refund, I even waited a week or more just to get it done because they were out of coolant at all stores..

They want to break my dip stick off my car and then want to lie about it and say it was glued on there and then when I call up there to talk to the manager they want to act big over the phone and say then come back up here and then proceeds to hang up and when I pull back up there the lil dude wants to hide behind his friends and laugh

I paid for the deluxe wash. The radio and console were still dusty and the passenger front seat wasn't vacuumed. They didn't hand dry the windows. I can see the drip marks left from the car wash that wouldn't be there if they wiped it down. Whatever they wiped the interior windshield with left streak marks. Everything else was clean.
