Had an emergency visit after our senior dog was attacked by another dog. They got us in very quickly and treated our dog and us with alot of respect and understanding even going above and beyond to keep the cost down as much as possible to help us out. They got on the floor with our dog and treated him with gentle hands making sure he was as comfortable as possible considering the situation. Our dog is doing much better and is expected to make a full recovery. ❤️

Dr. Fav and staff have taken care of our family since we moved to the area 11 years ago. I can't put into words how many times they've gone above and beyond. No, it is not the closest to where we live but the care and compassion they give makes it worth the travel.

Been taking our dogs here for over 7 years. Dr. Fav has always been awesome and compassionate. Sometimes the wait is a bit long even for a scheduled appointment but that's because Dr. Fav is never in a rush and takes the time to thoroughly discuss your treatment plan and options.PLEASE NOTE: Totally different crew for the after hours emergency care and they made it clear that they have nothing to do with the regular, friendly staff or Dr. Favaloro's practice.Don't let a negative experience with after hours emergency care poison your view of Dr. Fav and his staff.

Called to see if they preformed a surgery that would save an animals life that my vet didn't preform only to be told we aren't taking new clients. Really ???? What happened to compassion for animals and at least offer someplace that may be able to help. I understand you aren't taking new clients and that wasn't even my question, I just needed a procedure done to help the animal and your fellow vet....it's so alarming to see how some vets do not help one another or even the rescues.... And no no one asked for a discount.

My dog got hit by a speeding car in Bayou George unfortunately and my experience here was very very bad. I am appalled by their actions and treatment of my animal and myself. Not very happy with the service and treatment of customers here. Literally every bill for every customer was $1,100 no matter the animal. They only did an IV, and a pain medication. Next thing I know this rude lady came out saying how would you like to pay your bill so you can take your dog and go? All I asked is you're not going to clean her wounds and stitch her up at all??? Her excuse was well the Dr just went into an emergency surgery..... all I said was well, if she's not taken care of I'm going to the better business bureau. And she came back and told me to leave with my dog. She didn't take out the IV at all, I had to call the police to make her take it out, which she didn't want to. This is very unprofessional and a danger to your animals. They do not care about your animals at all. I do have video that was taken, and made it aware that I was taking video, which in the video she states that it's fine then a few minutes later says she doesn't authorize even though by her words she already had authorized my video before saying this which makes that null and void. Now I'm sitting at home with a very injured dog that can't walk at all, hoping she makes it through the night. I will be taking this to the news and I will be taking legal action.
