Niki and her team did an excellent job throughout the entire experience from helping us pick out tile, scheduling the install and making sure everything was going smoothly during installation. What initially seemed straightforward became challenging, as the installer was not local and follow-through was inconsistent.
To their credit, the store’s leadership team stayed engaged, worked hard to help, and escalated the issue appropriately to get the installer to even respond. I truly appreciated their effort and professionalism in trying to make things right.
