On the door it says appointments only but they took me as a walk-in so it was just me and one other person in the nail salon which is pretty nice I like rhinestones and jewels on my nails they didn't have those?? That's why I gave them a 4. But he did work hard at getting me in between coffin and square shape. I appreciate that
