All the PT and PTA at center well are top notch they go out of their way to help and above and beyond. I want to give a shout-out to Scott and Brady, not only teaching me ways to strengthen and repair my injury they both have gone out of their way to help me in other ways. Scott removed all of my rugs so I wouldn't trip and fall and set up my toilet chair so I could use it. Brady went out and covered and taped my car window because my window wouldn't roll up, to keep the inside of my car from getting wet if it rained which gave me peace of mind until I could get it to the repair shop. This review is to acknowledge the social worker for Center-Well went over and beyond helping our family in a very trying time.. the social worker assisted with helping to secure in-home health care for my mother. Unfortunately , I am totally relying on long distance communication to meet the required documentation with the veterans Administration and Bay County Council on Aging for seniors. The social worker's can do attitude for elderly care and advocacy were highly noteworthy. Her can do attitude meets the standards I have seen in my career as a United States Marine; due diligence, pride, work ethics, and true concern for the patients.
I can’t say enough good things about CenterWell, everyone that I have met in person or talked to on the phone has been very attentive, professional and they’ve taken care of things right away!
Charlee has been the one taking care of me and I’m so very thankful, she’s very caring, listens to what I have to say and always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable, she lets me know exactly what she’s doing step by step and I’m thankful for that, she doesn’t just rush through to get done and on to her next patient. I know that I’m not her only patient, but she makes me feel like I am.
